Description:
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated general human resources experience including benefit administration, recruiting, training, LMS, and HRIS.
- Strong computer skills in Word and Excel, and HRIS and/or database experience to maintain electronic files and to create and generate reports and communications.
- Strong attention to detail, and analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of appropriate techniques and practices for the client population.
- Ability to interact effectively as a team member and independently with Agency staff and with a diverse client base.
- Ability to demonstrate ability to multi-task and have a sense of urgency in a high volume work environment.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or university in a related field; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS/LEGAL COMPLIANCE:
- Administers the full process of new hires, including creating in HRIS, adding to LMS trainings, sending out NEO invites and communicating with appropriate parties.
- Provides administrative support to the HR team.
- May provide administrative support to the front desk at Smith Road location as applicable.
- Compiles and reports personnel statistics and reports accurately and timely.
- Processes employee personnel change information timely and accurately including entering information into appropriate software.
- Completes employment verifications and other employment records as applicable.
- Maintains complete and accurate employee personnel and benefit files providing information for demographics and various other reports. Ensuring compliance with recordkeeping requirements and standards.
- Assists HR Team with implementation and maintaining LMS and HRIS, including entering attendance records and assigning applicable LMS trainings.
