Responsibilities:

The Central Office HR team has an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team to support the Central Office functions as well as our Schools within the Group. This is a new position as a result of growth within United Learning.
Based in our Peterborough office, we require an experienced administrator to provide a professional and efficient HR service who has at least Level 3 CIPD qualification, who enjoys working in a busy environment. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesday – Thursday) in the Peterborough Office and the remaining 2 days working from home.

This person will be expected to:

  • Manage the AskHR mailbox by responding to queries accurately and on a timely basis.
  • To co-ordinate the recruitment process of Central Office using our Applicant Tracking System and liaising with hiring managers
  • To process new starters for Central Office, creating offer letters, contracts and processing pre-employment checks and ensuring our HR system (iTrent), is updated.
  • Have responsibility for the Central Office Single Central Record and ensuring its accuracy
  • Process leavers, including resignations, end of fixed term contracts and settlement agreement administration.
  • To administer and maintain the personnel files for Central Office staff.
  • To support with the administration of skilled worker sponsorship across United Learning.
