Description:

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, ensuring that our human resources processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a solid understanding of HR systems and practices. This position is vital in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our employees throughout their employment journey.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a human resources role or similar administrative position.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Workday or PeopleSoft, is highly desirable.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in record keeping.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in human resources is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies on various platforms and utilising an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates.
  • · Assisting with the recruitment
  • Assist in onboarding new employees, providing them with necessary documentation and training resources.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the organisation of company events or training sessions.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR documentation.
  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
  • Utilise social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance the employer brand online.
  • Provide support for performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR software solutions such as Workday or PeopleSoft to streamline HR operations.
