Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our people team based in Redhill, Surrey. This office is only accessible by car, use of a vehicle to access the office is required for this role.
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing an effective, efficient and professional support service to the wider business team. Maintaining standards of quality, compliance and integrity of the HR function at all times will be crucial, whilst delivering a responsive and centred approach to service delivery.
Supporting key people related administration activities, working closely with the wider HR team, operational stakeholders and quality and governance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Specific focus on supporting onboarding activity to comply with CQC / other regulatory requirements, including generating contracts of employment.
  • Maintaining employee records on Bamboo HR system to ensure accuracy, filing of documents against employee records where required.
  • Monitoring and action of Bamboo support inbox queries as required.
  • Monitoring and action of HR Admin inbox queries as required.
  • Monthly Audits of onboarding compliance across the business.
  • Distribution of weekly reports of people compliance data.
  • Production and issue of outbound references.
  • Review and processing of employee changes including personal details, job details, bank details and processing of any associated correspondence.
  • Support and coaching of managers through people administration processes.
  • Management of leavers process for notified leavers.
  • Monthly payroll data checks.
  • Supporting TUPE Win and Loss activity as required, including daily checking of trackers and processing of onboarding checks, preparation of employee files for outgoing contracts where required.
  • Supporting wider People HR tasks as needed.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Knowledge and understanding of Right to Work documentation requirements and DBS application processes is desirable.
  • Knowledge of healthcare sector / CQC and/or other regulated environments is desirable.
  • Highly organised and ability to plan effectively and able to work autonomously to deadlines.
  • Proficient user of MS Office and experience of HR systems, including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerBI.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to drive results and adopt a pro-active approach.
  • Strong relationship management skills, network building and team centred approach.
  • Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
