Description:

Overview:
The HR Administrator – UK and Europe will be responsible for all the administrative duties across the HR department and assisting the UK and EU cafes and their management teams with recruitment needs alongside the HR Coordinator. The HR Admin will also take part in the roll out of various projects across the UK and EU company owned cafes.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process for the UK and EU cafes
  • Ensure all hourly and management roles are opened and closed in a timely manner
  • Screen relevant candidates for each position and send hourly CV’s to GM’s and Regionals for review
  • Respond to queries from candidates and managers ensuring that the recruitment mailbox is managed effectively.
  • Maintain recruitment files and ensure all candidates go through the careers portal
  • Schedule phone screens, Interviews and WebEx calls when necessary
  • Schedule calls between HR Coordinator and Recruitment agencies when necessary
  • Undertake scanning, electronic filing and provide general support to corporate employees and cafes
  • Assist with the onboarding of EU and UK new hires by sending MIT enrollment forms and reference checking across the field
  • Assist the Regional Training Director in arranging MIT locations and travel
  • Organize and distribute corporate anniversary pins
  • Upkeep the HR shared Drive to ensure maximum compliance
  • Work with the HR Advisor Projects on the administration involved around the rollout of Workday
  • Create and Upkeep personnel files and ensure these are passed to HR Advisor - Remuneration
  • Send out HR correspondence when necessary
  • Work closely with HR Advisor – Remuneration in tracking and updating internal databases (e.g. record sickness or annual leave)
  • Assist HR Manager and VP of HR in managing the admin for DEI initatives
  • Take part in ad-hoc project as and when necessary

Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven previous administration experience
  • Preferably - degree educated
  • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing
  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills.
  • Ability to keep complete confidentiality within the HR Department
