Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Matric with a relevant HR qualification
- Minimum of 6 month HR admin experience
- MS Office experience
Responsibilities:
- Administration/Co-ordination
- Co-ordinate and keep the administration of the full recruitment process up to date i.e. communicating to shortlisted candidates, processing candidates from one stage to the next and regretting candidates where appropriate
- Accurately and timeously perform admin functions: i.e. Oracle and Neptune shortlisting, capturing data on Neptune/Oracle, recruitment filing, email correspondence, regrets, setting up interviews & HR assessments, liaising with candidates, forward CV’s and feedback links to relevant recruiter
- Ensure interviews are set up in a streamlined way so that the candidates move through the process smoothly and timeously resulting in a positive recruitment experience for candidates.
- Arranging and setting up of all logistics around fly-down candidates i.e. flights, point to point, panels, lunches etc. and engage with divisional offices to arrange upcountry interviews in office
- Support and coordination of mock interviews, career fairs, industry days and upcountry travel associated with the graduate recruitment campaign.
- Preparing and distributing accurate interview packs to interviewers ahead of time and coordination of Psychometric tests.
- Responsible for the integrity of information on Neptune which includes the summary of all relevant information.
- Building strong relationships with the Merchant and HRD Departments in the business, to ensure co-operation in the interviewing process and support from these key role players
- Conduct reference checks and provide support to the Recruiter with offer motivations
- Fashion Internship support: set up interviews and assessments, capture information on spreadsheets, provide assistance with internships logistics / coordination where required
- Management of information
- Create/maintain effective filing systems for recruitment materials, so as to make them easily accessible to team members
- Provide key support in ensuring accurate reporting, specifically the graduate recruitment report. Tracking candidate progress, taking specific responsibility for data integrity of candidate progress sheet.
- Conducting ITC checks for all interview candidates.
- Appointing newly recruited Trainees onto Oracle
- Conduct 3 month follow-up with Trainees and feedback within 48 hours.
- Graduate Drive event Co-ordination
- Booking all events in the Grad calendar and submit forms /registrations to institutions
- Coordinate, participate and assist with mock interviews
- Gifting: sourcing gifting ideas from the team, getting costing and quotes to be compared, getting approval and sticking to lead time
- Set up career fairs and events
- Liaise with and coordinate visual display and logistics where required (e.g. set up of banners, chairs, stands, tables, marketing materials, gifting, etc.)
- Co-ordinate diaries & booking presenters/ facilitators for events
