SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with private & confidential data & dedication to maintaining confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, client service orientated professional
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Proficient with MS Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Driven and self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Continuously looking for process improvements
- Experience with an HRIS is an asset (Workday)
- Education in Human Resources or related field
- Administrative and/or entry level HR experience is an asset
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
