Description:
Our client, a prominent leader in the commodities industry, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to play a pivotal role in managing international mobility processes and providing seamless HR support.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration or coordination, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Compensation and Benefits, with familiarity in international mobility or relocation processes being an advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on mobility policies and addressing inquiries regarding benefits, relocation, and other mobility-related matters.
- Manage international relocation logistics, including work pass applications, accommodation arrangements, and ensuring compliance with tax and mobility policies.
- Maintain accurate reports on mobility cases, salary data, and key metrics to support assignment calculations, including income tax reporting for international employees.
- Handle the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, offboarding, and providing administrative support for relocation processes.
- Work with payroll vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing, including tax provisions, bonus calculations, and payroll entries, while ensuring compliance.
- Assist in managing employee benefits, wellness programs, and regulatory reports, including government-related surveys.
- Collaborate with mobility and remuneration teams to implement HR initiatives and activities that enhance the employee experience.
