General Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR processes.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative and/or clerical experience in an office environment required; HR assistance experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and ability to learn new technology with ease
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines, multi-task, exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solution-oriented with a collaborative approach to customer service
  • Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus or similar HRIS systems

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general assistance to the HR department in all aspects of human resources administration
  • Create, maintain, and update HR files and filing systems while ensuring confidentiality and proper storage of items
  • Assist with monthly benefits reconciliation for agency sponsored insurance plans
  • Support preparation for and delivering new-hire orientation
  • Assist with a variety of audits
  • Manage employee, volunteer, and intern profiles in a variety of databases (HRIS/LMS/Security System, etc.)
  • Work closely with the other departments regarding guidance related to benefits and agency policies and procedures
