Description:
Our Practice Support Department is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Human Resources Administrator. The ideal candidate will be vital in supporting various HR functions through administrative activities.

Key responsibilities of the Human Resources Administrator will include, but not limited
to:
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Facilitating the employee onboarding process
- Assisting with administration of employee leave, time, and attendance
- Coordinating performance appraisals and probation meetings
- Assisting with employee transfers, promotions, and general HR requests
- Facilitating the employee exit process
- Administration of provident funds, medical aid, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)
- Updating and maintaining HR databases
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric);
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources;
- Solid computer literacy is a must;
- Good typing and administration skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- A strong sense of teamwork;
- Ability to prioritise work efficiently;
- Deadline driven;
- Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations occurring as a result of workloads and/or deadlines;
- Use initiative and follow through on tasks;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Punctual, flexible and reliable;
- Good work ethic.
