We are a group of colleges in the Tees Valley; Stockton Riverside College, Redcar and Cleveland College, Bede Sixth Form College, NETA Training and The Skills Academy. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join our Human Resources Department reporting to our HR Team Leader. Our Human Resources department is fast paced with a team who work with a real sense of togetherness.
As a HR Administrator with Etc. you will be responsible for providing a dedicated administration service to the HR team, with a primary focus of recruitment and compliance, and a courteous and efficient service to Etc. colleagues visiting and contacting the HR department.
The ideal candidate will be organised and have excellent IT and communication skills with the ability to work to high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Previous HR experience is not necessary, previous administration experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided to ensure that the HR Administrator is able to provide a high quality, customer focussed and confidential HR service across the group, to employees, managers and external customers.
