About the Role
The HR Administrator at McCone Properties will be responsible for coordinating various HR functions including visa processing, insurance management, RERA exams, broker card applications, and HR documentation. This role involves maintaining compliance with local regulations, ensuring smooth HR operations, and serving as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visa Processing:
  • Coordinate the processing, renewal, and cancellation of employment visas for all employees.
  • Liaise with government authorities and PROs to ensure timely visa issuance and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of visa statuses and renewal dates.
  • Insurance Processing:
  • Coordinate employee medical insurance processes, including enrollments, renewals, and claims.
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding insurance-related inquiries and claims support.
  • Collaborate with insurance providers to ensure the most comprehensive options for employees.
  • RERA Exams & Broker Cards:
  • Oversee the registration and scheduling of RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) exams for real estate agents.
  • Handle applications, renewals, and cancellations of broker cards.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA regulations and maintain up-to-date records of agents’ qualifications.
  • HR Documents :
  • Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Coordinate document audits and updates to policies and procedures as needed.
  • HR Inbox Management:
  • Monitor the HR inbox and address employee inquiries promptly, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Operation Manager as necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Assist in providing HR information and support to employees, such as leave balances, policies, and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR practices is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Skills and Competencies

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and real estate industry standards is an advantage.
