As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS –
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
- Proficient administrative and IT skills, with a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience in creating and managing databases, including ATS and HRIS is essential
- Preferred background in working within a compliance-led environment would be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player and collaborative approach
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and to prioritize various commitments
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Location : Newbridge, Co. Kildare
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations and legal requirements.
- Provide support in handling employee queries and issues, escalating to the HR Manager when necessary.
- Maintaining personnel records and ensuring information on HRIS system, while issuing documentation in a timely manner.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, answering phones and managing inbox.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.
- Produce HR metrics and reports when requested.
- General administration and any other relevant duties that may be assigned by your manager.
