Description:
Our successful candidate will have previous experience within a busy office environment, whilst also demonstrating:
- Excellent ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively as part of a wider team
- Comfortable engaging and communicating with people at all levels across the business
- Strong written communication style, able to produce standard letters and reports
- Capable of working to your own initiative in a deadline driven environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suit
Responsibilities:
As HR Administrator, reporting into the HR Services Manager, you will assist with all HR related administrative procedures including:
- Issuing Contracts of Employment and any onboarding documentation to new starters across Norse Group
- Ensuring accurate onboarding information and documents are obtained and recording accurately including processing DBS checks as required
- Working closely with the wider HR Teams, including Recruitment and Payroll to ensure an efficient candidate journey throughout the onboarding process
- Liaising with Managers on new appointments, variations and terminations
- Proactively responding to any queries from employees and managers, able to provide efficient solutions
