Description:

We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to support our Human Resources team in delivering a high quality service to the Trust. If you are interested in working in a fast-paced environment, with constantly changing priorities, and have an eye for detail then this is the opportunity for you. This post is a permanent role within the team.
The post supports the work of the Human Resources Team by carrying out administrative duties associated with the provision of a customer focused HR Service.
The post holder will be the first point of contact for enquiries to the Team, providing basic advice on HR processes and signposting where required
We are seeking a candidate with excellent planning and organisational skills. You will be proactive, motivated and have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will need to be forward thinking with excellent IT skills and be able to work positively towards the development and success of the HR team.
You will be expected to work on your own initiative to organise and prioritise your workload. Whilst experience or an interest in Human Resources is desirable, applications will also be considered from staff with strong administrative backgrounds.
NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community. Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible. This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
NHFT promotes a culture of learning to improve the care and safety of our patients and staff, which focuses on people who enable our Trust to be ‘outstanding’ by supporting opportunity, innovation, development and growth.
