Description:
HR ADMINISTRATOR
OUTsurance are seeking to recruit a motivated and energetic HR administrator to join their team.
Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the full recruitment and onboarding administration as well as assisting other HR processes. The role holder will provide sound administration support and work autonomously on HR projects and initiatives. This role offers a fantastic chance for a HR Administrator who’s keen to expand their skill set and take their career to new heights!

- Experience within HR or Recruitment

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR functions including recruitment, employee onboarding, policy clarification, engagement activities, and professional development.
- Update and manage HR documents across multiple platforms.
- Conduct Audits to ensure all information is up to date
- Facilitate and coordinate pre-employment and new hire integration processes and all onboarding processes.
- Supervise and track employees during their probationary periods, ensuring timely reviews.
- Provide information and advice to management and employees on matters in relation to their employment, HR processes and procedures
- Assist in the coordination and organisation of HR Administration in respect of employee absences on behalf of line managers e.g. back to work meetings, arranging the company doctor appointments, absence management reports
- Adhoc administrative and project support to the HR Manager
