Location: Pall-Ex House, Victoria Road, Ellistown, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1FH
Working hours: Monday to Friday – afternoons
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to join our friendly HR team. The role is offered on a permanent part time basis and is an office based role.

Responsibilities:


  • Administer the process for new employees, for example, prepare contracts, offer letters, and process all pre-employment checks & right to work checks

  • Ensure electronic and paper-based personnel files are maintained and filing/archiving is completed in a timely manner

  • Ensuring new starter checklist is complete by chasing outstanding documents including DBS checks

  • Updating internal databases, trackers and systems, to ensure accurate data can be extracted

  • Provide administration to support the Leap strategy and projects including course invitations, preparing packs and preparing / distributing notice board posters

  • Call new starters at regular intervals during their probation and document feedback

  • Support the recruitment process by launching requisitions and advertising roles internally

  • Administer the probation process ensuring Managers know when review meetings need to take place and chase outstanding documents

  • Conduct audit of correct submission of HR paperwork

  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations

  • Carry out general administration tasks for the HR Department, for example, sorting post, telephone answering, devising standard HR documents and letters and reception duties
