We are looking for a skilled People Operations Administrator with experience working across Europe. You will work closely with the regional People Operations Managers, providing administrative support across all areas of the employee lifecycle. You will be confident managing your own workload, working as part of remote team, and strive for continuous development while living our values and putting our people at the heart of everything we do. This role will be located in Ireland reporting to SVP, People Operations.
EXPERIENCE
- Track record of successfully administering employee life cycle processes across Europe
- Experience complying with government regulations and legal requirements
- Professional fluency in English is essential and French is preferred, both written and oral. Any other language is considered a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and HRIS systems.
- Experience working in a highly sensitive and confidential environment
- Experience of using Workday is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- Working with the Talent Acquisition function to draft contracts for new starters, sending out any relevant new starter paperwork and completing any new starter checks in line with service level agreements
- Ensuring all new starter paperwork is returned in a timely manner and recorded accordingly
- Gathering any monthly payroll changes and working closely with the Payroll team to ensure team members are paid accurately and timely
- Processing resignations, ensuring leavers have a smooth offboarding and access to systems is appropriately removed
- Process contractual amendments, including preparing and issuing any relevant paperwork and ensuring internal systems are updated accordingly
- Maintain people related data ensuring it is accurate, up to date and compliant, including updating the people system Workday
- Responding to requests for references, including leavers references and mortgage/tenancy reference requests
- Monitoring the probationary period process and completing any associated administration
- Administration associated with benefit programmes, including but not limited to:
- Enrolling employees into benefits
- Removing employees from benefits
- Processing invoices
- Raising PO’s
- Ensuring the payroll is updated with any changes
- Understanding the relevant employee life cycle processes and policies and where to find these, to be able to provide guidance to employees and managers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of employee lifecycle processes in line with legislative changes and practices
- Ensure all queries received in the HR Shared Ticketing system are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, fairly, consistently, commercially and pragmatically
