Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our team at PKA Installation & Removal Services. The HR Administrator provides support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient management of HR tasks, systems, and procedures.
You will be working in our office in Keighley.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, ABILITY / SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

o Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
o Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
o Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
o ISO experience preferred
o Knowledge of GDPR and other regulatory requirements affecting HR operations.

Responsibilities:

o Maintain and update accurate employee records, both digital and paper-based, ensuring data is compliant with GDPR.
o Prepare HR-related documents e.g. contracts of employment, offer letters, and employment changes where necessary.
o Assist handling employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and employment questions.
o Maintain and update our system with employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
o Ensure compliance with UK employment law and our company policies, including GDPR and Health and Safety.
o Assist in maintaining and updating our company’s policies and procedures ensuring they remain up-to-date and compliant
