HR ADMINISTRATOR

We are seeking a highly capable HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the organization. This person is responsible for a wide range of duties, including payroll and compensation, recruiting and staffing, training, administering employment benefits and maintaining employee records. They should have a good understanding and knowledge of employment law and help to ensure the HR department conforms to these. Our successful candidate has a high standard of ethics, maintains confidentiality and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or BS degree in Human Resources, or related field or relevant experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Extremely ethical
  • High level of accountability, accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:

  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Payroll and relationship manager with third party payroll provider
  • Administering, coordinating employee benefits
  • Tracking employee time off (vacation, sick, holiday, etc)
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
  • Being the first point of contact for employees on HR related queries
  • 401k Administrator
  • Participation in career fair/expos, interviewing process
  • Assisting with coordination of employee events
  • ACA and tax filings, FMLA, disability paperwork
  • Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies
  • Facilitate employee onboarding
  • Generate HR reports
  • Supervise administrative office personnel and support as needed
