HR ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a highly capable HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the organization. This person is responsible for a wide range of duties, including payroll and compensation, recruiting and staffing, training, administering employment benefits and maintaining employee records. They should have a good understanding and knowledge of employment law and help to ensure the HR department conforms to these. Our successful candidate has a high standard of ethics, maintains confidentiality and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA or BS degree in Human Resources, or related field or relevant experience
- Strong administration skills
- Extremely ethical
- High level of accountability, accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail oriented
- Proficient with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities:
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Payroll and relationship manager with third party payroll provider
- Administering, coordinating employee benefits
- Tracking employee time off (vacation, sick, holiday, etc)
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Being the first point of contact for employees on HR related queries
- 401k Administrator
- Participation in career fair/expos, interviewing process
- Assisting with coordination of employee events
- ACA and tax filings, FMLA, disability paperwork
- Staying current on company, local, state, and federal financial regulations and policies
- Facilitate employee onboarding
- Generate HR reports
- Supervise administrative office personnel and support as needed
