Responsibilities:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To provide support and assist in the administration of HR processes within the full employee lifecycle (including Learning & Development and Recruitment)
  • Maintain and update accurate HR records of employee information and data through internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Administration of status-change data to employee records
  • Assist employees with HR related queries commensurate with experience
  • Assist wider HR team with HR project areas
  • Creation of HR documents including employment contracts, letters, templates and invitations
  • General typing duties including note taking
  • Shared responsibility for ensuring HR documentation and records are filed in line with HR processes and checklists.
  • Conduct weekly audits of HR records to ensure alignment against checklists
  • Shared access of the central HR mailbox and ownership of assigned tasks

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree qualified or equivalent HR qualification (desirable)
  • Previous experience in an administration role (essential)
  • Experience within a HR environment (desirable)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Good working knowledge of MS Outlook, SharePoint and O365 applications
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience of HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors (desirable)
  • General understanding of working in a HR team within a global business
