Description:
Brandt has a full-time permanent position available for an HR Administrator - Safety. Reporting to the Director of Safety, this position supports their assigned Brandt locations in ensuring employee health and safety. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience in supporting health and safety in a fast-paced, diverse business environment. High energy, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office applications are requirements of this position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Updating and distributing program documentation, monitoring health and safety performance and preparing related reports.
- Facilitate compliance with legislation through communication, tracking and reporting.
- Help support the injury management program for the assigned Brandt locations.
- Collaborate with the corporate health and safety team to ensure various workplace health, safety and wellness programs are implemented according to legislation.
- Together with the corporate health and safety team, operations, and other stakeholders, drive our health and safety culture and contribute to the continuous improvement of health and safety outcomes and organizational performance.
