It ensures compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures, and collaborates with stakeholders and employees to deliver HR services throughout the employment life cycle. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
  • Prior experience in SAP HRMS or shared service environment is an advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Automate.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the regional HR Shared Service team and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience across the employee life cycle.
  • Collect, input, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and Ministry of Manpower databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Conduct regular audits, resolve discrepancies, and update records.
  • Assist with internal/external audits, HR compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire orientations.
  • Participate in global and Asia HR projects to streamline and digitalize HR processes.
  • Provide consultation to employees and managers on HR documents, data management, benefits, and transactions.
  • Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative processes specific to Singapore.
  • Manage employee personnel files and other important employment related records.
  • Handle complex and straightforward issues within your specialized field.
  • Contribute to HR processes related to business and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with work pass agencies and consult with the Ministry of Manpower on escalation cases.
