YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:
- Degree in Human Resource Management or relevant disciplines.
- Prior experience in SAP HRMS or shared service environment is an advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Automate.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the regional HR Shared Service team and stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience across the employee life cycle.
- Collect, input, and maintain employee data in SAP SuccessFactors and Ministry of Manpower databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct regular audits, resolve discrepancies, and update records.
- Assist with internal/external audits, HR compliance testing, and regulatory inspections.
- Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire orientations.
- Participate in global and Asia HR projects to streamline and digitalize HR processes.
- Provide consultation to employees and managers on HR documents, data management, benefits, and transactions.
- Advise on HR policies, procedures, and legislative processes specific to Singapore.
- Manage employee personnel files and other important employment related records.
- Handle complex and straightforward issues within your specialized field.
- Contribute to HR processes related to business and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with work pass agencies and consult with the Ministry of Manpower on escalation cases.
