REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll or HR administrative
  • Knowledge of German at least B2 and English B2
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities are essential qualifications for this role
  • We are seeking individuals who possess the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems
  • At least secondary school diploma
  • Familiarity with Workday would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the management of personal information and documentation
  • Verifying and handling benefit claims processing
  • Maintaining data accuracy across all HR and Payroll systems
  • Guaranteeing timely and accurate payroll inputs
  • Executing HR and Payroll processes in accordance with global guidelines, legal norms, country-specific requirements, as well as established policies and procedures
  • Managing employee data and systems.
