JOB SUMMARY
Supporting the HR team in the delivery of a full range of Human Resource services across the employee lifecycle. You will also be involved in the end to end recruitment process, from advert writing to verbal and written offers.

- The ability to work to deadlines
- The ability to work well as part of a team and assist staff and Managers with challenging aspects of the job
Responsibilities:
- Updating and maintaining the HR database
- Manage administrative processes in relation to the recruitment of staff, including preparation of job descriptions, advertising and uploading onto job boards
- Scheduling interviews and screening candidates for any open vacancies
- Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
- Carrying out Employee inductions, 2 week catch ups, 3 month catch ups, Training catchups, Exit interviews
- Preparing and amending HR Documents, i.e., Employment contracts, policies, guides etc
- Reporting on HR metrics – i.e., absence, turnover, holidays
- Support the management of employee relations including disciplinary/grievance. Taking notes at hearings and working with others to correlate relevant information
- Provide comprehensive administration support to ensure the office runs as effectively and efficiently as possible
- Help to perform all health and safety coordination duties undertaking core risk assessments
- Maintain training records for all staff in health and safety training including manual handling, fire marshalling, first aid training and scheduling refresher and new training courses as required
- Assisting with payroll by providing all new starter information
- As the company culture promotes helping others, ad hoc tasks may be assigned to the job holder that are not listed above
- The job holder is expected to understand and work according to the requirements of the Techbuyer Quality Management System
