Description:

ABOUT YOU:

We’re looking for someone with a genuine interest in HR and previous experience in at least one people-related function (e.g., Recruitment, L&D, or Reward). You’ll also need to excel in fast-paced environments and juggle multiple priorities with ease.

  • Experience with HiBob or a similar HRIS (required).
  • Working towards or holding an entry-level HR qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with other departments on business-critical tasks like payroll.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for seeing projects through to completion.

Responsibilities:

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth trajectory, and we’re seeking an HR Administrator to join our dynamic, founder-led team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact across a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Reporting to the People & Talent Director and supporting the wider team, you’ll be the first point of contact for all HR administrative queries. This role offers fantastic exposure across the entire employee lifecycle—from pre-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between—making it ideal for someone keen to expand their experience in a scaling organisation.

You’ll take ownership of maintaining accurate data and streamlining HR administrative processes across the employee journey, while also contributing to key initiatives and projects that enhance our ways of working. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading onboarding processes, coordinating first-day inductions, and tracking probation reviews with line managers.
  • Acting as the HiBob system expert, managing workflows, driving improvements, and liaising with the account manager.
  • Managing the ‘people calendar’ to ensure timely actions for key dates like benefit renewals and system updates.
  • Being the first point of contact for HR enquiries, delivering prompt responses within agreed SLAs.
  • Supporting the implementation of HR processes, including appraisals, training, onboarding, and off-boarding.
  • Collaborating with managers and Finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions.
  • Assisting with recruitment tasks, such as requisition uploads, interview scheduling, and issuing contracts.
  • Preparing employee communications, including letters, contractual updates, and presentations.
  • Setting up and maintaining the HR intranet portal to provide employees with easy access to key information.
  • Ensuring accurate people data, delivering regular reports to HRBPs and SLT.

This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the office 2–3 days per week.
