POSITION SUMMARY:
The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role is crucial in assisting with recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and maintaining employee records. The HR Administrator ensures the smooth operation of HR processes and acts as a liaison between employees and management.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate records, including background checks, fingerprint results, licensure paperwork, reference checks, etc.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
- Handle pre-employment screening, reference checks, and preparing offer letters.
- Facilitate the pre-employment process for new hires, including all necessary paperwork
- Assist with payroll processing by ensuring all employee data is accurate and updated.
- Help with audits, ensuring the organization’s compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Manage HR-related correspondence and handle confidential information.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports, organizing meetings, and maintaining the HR calendar.
