JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive HR Administrator to join our Belfast office. This role is pivotal in supporting our HR operations, with a specific emphasis on HR data and analysis, as well as the management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in HR
  • HRIS system experience
  • HR data experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly excel
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation

Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and compliance reviews
  • Assist with record keeping of employee absence
  • Assist with employee relations, including minute taking
  • Provide guidance to managers on HR related queries
  • Assist with payroll preparations

HR Data and Analysis:

  • Collect, maintain, and analyse HR data to generate insights and support decision-making.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Identify trends and patterns in HR data to recommend improvements in HR processes and programs.

HRIS Management:

  • Manage and optimize the HRIS to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
  • Train and support employees in the use of the HRIS.
  • Any other duties as required.
