Finance & HR Services (FHS) at DHL Group – that’s us! We deliver shared services in Finance and HR for our divisions within the group.
Our HR Services run e.g. the payroll for more than 350.000 employees within DHL working in 28 countries across the globe. They also offer time & attendance management, employee data administration and reporting, travel & expense processing and other services.
Responsibilities:
JOB PURPOSE:
- The purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate and compliant assignment of roles and authorizations within HR systems by applying a dual control principle. This includes verifying requests, documenting assignments in the user administration system, providing guidance on roles, approving roles in the system, supporting audit documentation, and conducting ongoing monitoring
YOUR TASKS:
- A dual control principle is applied in the HR systems when assigning roles and authorizations.
- The individual departments submit the request for the new authorization to be assigned to a tool, which we call the user administration system (UAS).
- The second step is to check the permissibility and correctness of the role assignment.
- Checking the request with regard to the authorization of the application and named role
- Documentation in the user administration system
- Advice in the event of queries or ambiguities regarding roles
- Release of the role in the BVS and information by automated e-mail
- Supporting the group management in creating documents for the audit
- Carrying out the existing monitoring
