At Specsavers, we’re looking for a dedicated Advice and Employee Relations Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work closely with your team, the in-house legal team, the wider HR community, and other Centres of Excellence to provide high-quality, fair, and consistent employee relations services. Your expert judgement and advice will be crucial in guiding leaders, colleagues, and HR Business Partners through a wide range of employee relations matters, from performance management and disciplinary processes to restructuring activities and conflict management.
Imagine being the go-to expert for employee relations, where your advice and support help shape a positive work environment and ensure adherence to local legal requirements and company policies. You’ll have the opportunity to influence and provide timely, pragmatic advice on a wide spectrum of employee relations issues, support workplace investigations, and act as a change agent in designing proactive employee relation strategies. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a strong customer service ethos and building trust and respect with stakeholders.
