As a HR Advisor, you will be actively involved in:

  • Providing professional, expertise guidance and advice to the staff of the organisation on HR matters
  • Developing and implementing efficient HR process, policies, and procedures
  • Being first point of contact for the managers and employees with ER relations
  • Supporting managers with investigations, reporting and presentation of disciplinary or grievance cases
  • Monitor new starter probation periods in partnership with the managers
  • Ensuring all staff records are kept up to date within the HR System (Cascade) and electronic employee files

You will be part of a dynamic team which consists of a Director of People & Recruitment, Senior HR Business Partner, HR Advisor, HR Administrator, 2 Recruitment Business Partners, and the Training team.
Applicants that wish to be considered for this position must have previous HR experience within an advisory or business partner level role and CIPD qualified in Human Resources Management (Level 5).
