The Human Resource team is a small but growing team who are supporting Allica Bank and its employees to reach their ambitious business goals.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in a fintech or banking environment is an advantage
- Proven experience in managing work from multiple stakeholders to agreed deadlines
- Strong ER experience and proven ability to manage multiple cases at any one time
- Intermediate excel skills and ability to use data to inform recommendations and decisions
- Curiosity and a desire to always improve
- A strong commercial understanding of how HR supports a company strategy
- Ability to plan to provide proactive support to the business
- Pragmatic, thoughtful, and diplomatic, you can remain calm during busy times
- Strong interpersonal skills, working effectively at all levels of the organisation

Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The newly created HR Advisor role at Allica Bank will be responsible for working with the HR Business Partner and the wider team across all areas of HR.
This is a truly generalist role and no two days will be the same. The HR Advisor position involves collaborating with the HR Business Partner and the broader HR team on various generalist topics including employee relations, supporting management capability, and promoting employee engagement and well-being.
This role also provides the opportunity to manage projects that enhance our employee experience, working collaboratively with people managers to implement effective HR strategies.
