Description:
We have an exciting oppourtunity to join our HR team that will support our Care division, this is a remote role with the requirement for national travel to services as required. It is a fantastic time to join supportive and experienced team, reporting into the HR Business Partner with a strong working relationship with the Regional Operations teams. You will provide guidance, support and coaching to managers in the region with regards HR policy and procedures, creating consistency, best practice and supporting colleague engagement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for Employee Relations (ER) queries for managers in the region; provide advice in a coaching manner to ensure managers are empowered to make future decisions based on knowledge gained.
- Support sites on complex cases including attending hearings, investigation meetings, appeals as appropriate and liaise with the HRBP on complex issues to ensure any risk is mitigated and that there is consistency across the division.
- Carry out workshops and training for managers on relevant policies and procedures in conjunction with the Learning & Development team and other relevant parties.
- Support and guide managers with change initiatives and projects.
- Seek to improve engagement through the survey management and listening groups.
