This role will be responsible for managing Employee Relations and HR Generalist activity across a portfolio of retail brands whilst also working within key project teams that are set to deliver our people strategy.

Responsibilities:
- A strong focus on supporting our Retail leaders to manage Employee Relations matters. Lead key strategic projects to streamline processes and drive efficiencies
- Partner with key stakeholders to support the management of employee/industrial relations matters in line with company and legislative requirements.
- Take the lead on creating and analysing cyclical reporting that provide common themes and recommendations to business leaders to improve people metrics
- Support managers in the performance review process to improve capability
- Be innovative and bring new ideas to the team
- Support where required on employee relations matters
- Ensure compliance is adhered to at all times
