About you: A dynamic team player dedicated to driving continuous improvement within the Employee Success (ES) team. You will elevate leaders’ awareness and understanding, act as a proactive change agent, and consistently seek to enhance processes. With extensive experience in diverse employee relations case management, you focus on embedding high performance among leaders and employees. Collaboration on key projects is essential, providing insights and reporting to advance the people agenda. Success means contributing to the ES team’s goals, effectively managing multiple cases, and keeping stakeholders well-informed, ensuring daily interactions with employees and leaders are engaging and impactful. Day-to-day, you will: • Comprehensive Employee Relations Support: Guide leaders on performance management, absence, capability, grievance, disciplinary issues, and diversity & inclusion, focusing on wellbeing tools and processes. • Case Management and Escalation: Handle and escalate complex and high-risk cases with a solution-driven attitude, fostering a high-performance culture in leader interactions. • Collaboration on Restructures and Exits: Work with Senior ES Advisers, ES Business Partners, and Legal Counsel on restructures and management-level exits, including settlement agreements. • Coaching and Advisory Role: Provide trusted advice and coaching to leaders, identifying learning opportunities and resolving issues proactively, while supporting associate ES Advisers. • Project Coordination and Employee Experience: Coordinate change projects, manage key deliverables and stakeholder communication, and develop standardized processes and training to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience. Your skills and experiences might also include: • HR Adviser Experience and Employee Relations Expertise: Proven experience as an HR Adviser in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the technology sector, with hands-on employment relations expertise across performance management, absence, capability, grievance, disciplinary issues, and diversity & inclusion. • Leadership Coaching, Influence, and Advisory Skills: Skilled in coaching, guiding, and influencing leaders on challenging employment matters, building solid relationships based on credibility and rapport, and providing trusted advice and coaching. • Customer-Centric, Detail-Oriented, and Proactive Approach: Strong ability to consider the impact of work on employees, leaders, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery with a focus on customer experience, and adept at managing multiple priorities with a proactive and solutions-focused approach. • Project Coordination, Versatility, and Standardization: Experienced in coordinating change projects, managing key deliverables and stakeholder communication, developing standardized processes and training, and applying common-sense HR practices with intuition to prioritize tasks. • Personal Development, Resilience, and IT Proficiency: Committed to self-development and lifelong learning, resilient in the face of transparency, ambiguity, and change, with excellent IT skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
