YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- CIPD Qualification to Level 5, working towards or equivalent on the job experience
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (preferable)
- Ideally experienced in recruiting blue collar employees in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
- Excellent organisation and administrative skills including use of Excel, Word and HR Systems
- Ideally experience of recruiting blue collar employees in a fast paced, high turnover industry
Responsibilities:
- Support the site HRBP in delivering the site HR Strategy including leading local or group projects
- Provide case support for ER cases including advising managers, investigations, notetaking, producing letters and packs.
- Support activity to identifying areas of improvement in terms of employee engagement
- Coach managers to complete activities across the employee lifecycle
- Support activity to attract, retain and develop site – including involvement in talent mapping and succession planning
- Update HR databases, trackers and reporting as required
- Manage site core manning / factory blue print and ensure recruitment activity is aligned to this plan
- Support site early careers employees (Graduates and apprentices) and Compleat Communities
- Ability to accurately complete Right to Work check
