YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • CIPD Qualification to Level 5, working towards or equivalent on the job experience
  • Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements (preferable)
  • Ideally experienced in recruiting blue collar employees in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively and a strong eye for detail.
  • Excellent organisation and administrative skills including use of Excel, Word and HR Systems
  • Ideally experience of recruiting blue collar employees in a fast paced, high turnover industry

Responsibilities:

  • Support the site HRBP in delivering the site HR Strategy including leading local or group projects
  • Provide case support for ER cases including advising managers, investigations, notetaking, producing letters and packs.
  • Support activity to identifying areas of improvement in terms of employee engagement
  • Coach managers to complete activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Support activity to attract, retain and develop site – including involvement in talent mapping and succession planning
  • Update HR databases, trackers and reporting as required
  • Manage site core manning / factory blue print and ensure recruitment activity is aligned to this plan
  • Support site early careers employees (Graduates and apprentices) and Compleat Communities
  • Ability to accurately complete Right to Work check
