Responsibilities:
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Endeavour continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor.
THE ROLE WILL:
- Provide timely and best practice employee relations support and case management of matters such as misconduct, performance management and industrial disputes.
- Support workplace investigations and recommend actions using appropriate methodologies.
- Offer expert interpretation on employment regulations, legislation, and awards.
- Assist leaders to enhance the employee experience and address performance and conduct concerns proactively.
- Participate in industrial tribunals and prepare responses for Fair Work Commission matters.
- Analyse data and suggest actions to improve processes and reduce case volumes.
- Develop relationships with Unions and Industrial relations professionals.
- Assist with disciplinary and other employee-related correspondence.
- Provide expertise with developing and delivering tools, education, and upskilling for leaders.
