Description:

DESCRIPTION

To provide professional HR support to the E-Waste and Glass Division, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services across five regional sites in the UK and Ireland. The HR Advisor will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and supporting the division in achieving its strategic goals.

RECRUITMENT AND ONBOARDING:

  • Support the recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offer processes.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Essential

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of UK and Ireland employment law.

Desirable

  • CIPD Level 7 qualification.
  • Additional HR certifications or training.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
  • Experience managing complex employee relations cases.
  • Track record of delivering HR projects and initiatives.
  • Experience working within a manufacturing or waste management industry (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
