KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supporting a seamless onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring they feel welcome and supported from day one.
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, team development, and performance management.
- Assist with performance reviews and provide valuable input to support employee growth.
- Maintain accurate employment records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support recruitment activities when needed.
- Coordinate housing arrangements for international workers.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
