Join the Close Brothers Human Resources (HR) Team where you will provide both advisory and transactional support to managers and employees across the bank.
Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in delivering a comprehensive and efficient HR service, ensuring effective support and guidance on all people-related matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare new starter contracts and offer documentation working with Recruitment Business Partners (HRBPs) to ensure an effective and smooth onboarding for both the candidate and line manager
  • Deliver key HR processes including processing employee changes and leavers in a timely manner
  • Act as the key point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance on HR policy, process and operating procedures to employees and managers
  • Answer queries from employees, managers and HRBPs or escalate as appropriate in a timely manner
  • Carry out exit interviews and feedback to the HRBP and Line Manager.
  • Analyse trends on exit interviews data to be shared with the Senior HRBP and leadership teams
  • Carry out note taking for employee relations meetings as required by the HRBP within a timely manner
