Description:
HR ADVISOR - WIMBLEDON, LONDON
- up to £40,000 per year
- Fully office based Monday-Friday - including off site visits
- Immediate Start
- Hours: 9am-5.30pm
Full responsibility for the effective delivery of HR initiatives and processes across the group. Accountable for compliance in areas such as policies and disciplinary and grievance procedures
Responsibilities:
- Manage the effective delivery of HR processes across the group reporting into Head of Team Support.
- Supporting homes with disciplinary’s and grievances whether remote or in person.
- To take responsibly for being the first point of contact for HR calls, to obtaining relevant information & advising were able, or seeking advice as necessary.
- To provide appropriate employment law advice to all areas of the business, highlighting potential risk.
- Provide effective tools to the business to minimise risk and systemise all people processes.
- Assist in identifying areas of risk and changes in legislation and updating HR policies and procedures to reflect this.
- To update and maintain the managers Guidance manual.
- Oversee all employment law claims, to completion.
- To carry out or guide management teams to ensure appropriate risk assessments are undertaken where required.
- Ensure group compliance in areas such as Disciplinary and Grievance and Personnel files across the group.
- To regularly review and update the company’s handbook (after director approval) to ensure its full compliance with company culture and initiatives, CQC regulations, employment law, DBS and immigration.
- To liaise with the MD to create relocation packages for senior team members and review the package terms.
- To regularly analysis and review pay rates.
- To maintain a robust system to ensure all annual leave requests from Managers, BMs and CO Team are checked against the protocol, approval is sought from the line manager, and the applicant is responded to promptly.
