HR Advisor (hybrid in Nottingham)

As a People Advisor at Care you’ll be a part of collaborative HR team.
You’ll support managers and colleagues throughout the UK, providing a full range of generalist people related advice and guidance.
You’re a true generalist, who is pragmatic and takes a solution-based approach, you will be emotionally intelligent and someone who is committed to providing the best employee experience.
You’re confident and skilled at working across the whole employee lifecycle, with a passion for employee relations - understanding the real value of collaboration.
You’re used to moving at pace and comfortable with change – the type of change that comes from continuous improvement and being the best we can be.
You have a strong customer service focus, with a real ‘can do’ attitude. You build solid relationships and deliver excellence for your stakeholders. You’re a great team-player and you really value that. Location/Benefits:
This is a full-time role working hybrid (2 days a week at our Head Office in Nottingham, NG8 6PZ – with free onsite parking). There will be a need for travel in this role as you’ll be visiting other clinics across our group (approximately once a fortnight – all expenses paid)
