Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This is a newly created HR Advisor – International - role as a result of the ongoing growth of this global organisation. It is fully remote working and will suit a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor who is looking for a HR career in a forward thinking, professional company and wants to contribute to their exciting journey and continuing success. Reporting to the HR Manager you will:
- From day one, enjoy a busy, varied role with responsibility
- Monitor, review and update all HR policies and procedures, identifying and updating any gaps
- Advise and support managers with complex HR and employee relations matters
- Working closely with the Company’s HR partner in Dubai, provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
- Liaise with 3rd party partners both in UK and Dubai – employment lawyers, service providers, occupational health and HR system support, as necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
- Support monthly payroll process
- Support and coordinate performance appraisals, annual salary review processes, talent mapping and succession planning
- Together with advisors and staff, coordinate benefit platforms
- Lead business wide HR projects - engagement initiatives, annual employee satisfaction survey and action plan
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification
- Substantial generalist HR experience
- Complex casework experience is essential
- Sound understanding and knowledge of employment law
- Sound understanding and awareness of HR best practice
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, data accuracy
- Personable with strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Highly proficient IT skills
