JOB SUMMARY

This is a newly created HR Advisor – International - role as a result of the ongoing growth of this global organisation. It is fully remote working and will suit a HR Advisor/Senior HR Advisor who is looking for a HR career in a forward thinking, professional company and wants to contribute to their exciting journey and continuing success. Reporting to the HR Manager you will:

  • From day one, enjoy a busy, varied role with responsibility
  • Monitor, review and update all HR policies and procedures, identifying and updating any gaps
  • Advise and support managers with complex HR and employee relations matters
  • Working closely with the Company’s HR partner in Dubai, provide advice and assistance on policies, procedures and legislation
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners both in UK and Dubai – employment lawyers, service providers, occupational health and HR system support, as necessary
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
  • Support monthly payroll process
  • Support and coordinate performance appraisals, annual salary review processes, talent mapping and succession planning
  • Together with advisors and staff, coordinate benefit platforms
  • Lead business wide HR projects - engagement initiatives, annual employee satisfaction survey and action plan

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification
  • Substantial generalist HR experience
  • Complex casework experience is essential
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of employment law
  • Sound understanding and awareness of HR best practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail, data accuracy
  • Personable with strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Highly proficient IT skills
