Description:

· Managing and dealing with all aspects of HR Administration and HR records management so our clients do not have to.

  • Compiling/updating and implementing Handbooks for new clients, or job descriptions other company documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement

Responsibilities:

· Providing HR advice and support to clients on a range of HR or workplace issues by phone, email, or during remote or in person meetings.

· Managing and dealing with all aspects of HR Administration and HR records management so our clients do not have to.

  • Compiling/updating and implementing Handbooks for new clients, or job descriptions other company documentation tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct HR audits and provide recommendations for improvement.

· Assist clients with recruitment and selection processes including psychometric testing.

  • Deliver training sessions and workshops on various HR topics.
  • Assist clients with any ad hoc project work.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR trends and legal requirements.
