Description:

THE POSITION

Maali Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor looking for the next step in their career. This is a great opportunity to diversify your Human Resources experience in utilities, construction, and resources industry.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Research and identify new potential systems to support and streamline HR processes and improve stakeholder engagement
  • Design and implement new system roll out
  • Delivery of implementation, integrations and optimising HR Systems to streamline processes and to ensure accurate and consistent data availability.
  • Provide guidance, support and education to the team on our current processes and systems
  • Draft any relevant policies and procedures to support HR systems and seek relevant approval for roll out
  • Provide coaching and education to the leadership team on HR systems

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an HR or HR Analytics role
  • Current National Police Clearance
  • Valid Australian Driver’s License – “C” Class
