Role Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to oversee and manage all human resources functions in a manufacturing environment based in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and fostering a productive and positive work culture.
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s manufacturing goals and objectives.
Partner with senior management to drive organisational growth and employee engagement.
Responsible for the management of recruitment and onboarding processes for both skilled and unskilled labor
Identify training and development needs, and organise relevant programs to enhance employee skills.
Develop career paths and succession planning initiatives to retain top talent.
Act as a point of contact for employees and management for resolving workplace issues.
Foster a positive work culture and address grievances promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Manage payroll processing, employee contracts, and benefits administration in adherence to local labor standards.
Manage our employee performance development reviews.
Provide coaching and feedback to employees and managers to drive continuous improvement.
Assist with the implementation of our HR system to ensure efficient administration.
Responsible for ensuring we maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance, and HR metrics.
Optimize HR processes using relevant technologies and tools.
