JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities to include:

  • Strong focus on the management of a wide range of ER cases to include performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and providing sound advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and legislation.
  • Driving talent management activities across the unit
  • Building key stakeholder relationships
  • Managing wellbeing cases
  • Responsible for providing data and tracking ER cases and absence management
  • Supporting the design of training materials for the business
  • Support the Senior People team through change management processes including restructure, redundancy, redeployment and consultation.
  • Manage processes, provide advice and guidance on secondments, transfers, cross–border remote working requests and relocations and ensure a consistent and trackable approach.
  • Assist with general cyclical activities such a salary reviews and bonus reviews including the analysis of associated data
  • Supporting with the co-ordination of Learning and Development programmes
  • Deputise for HRBP in their absence
  • Make a positive contribution to the development of guidelines for people processes, attend and participate in appropriate meetings and forums.
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Assisting with the production of data/papers for Board meetings
