JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities to include:
- Strong focus on the management of a wide range of ER cases to include performance management, grievances, disciplinaries and providing sound advice to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and legislation.
- Driving talent management activities across the unit
- Building key stakeholder relationships
- Managing wellbeing cases
- Responsible for providing data and tracking ER cases and absence management
- Supporting the design of training materials for the business
- Support the Senior People team through change management processes including restructure, redundancy, redeployment and consultation.
- Manage processes, provide advice and guidance on secondments, transfers, cross–border remote working requests and relocations and ensure a consistent and trackable approach.
- Assist with general cyclical activities such a salary reviews and bonus reviews including the analysis of associated data
- Supporting with the co-ordination of Learning and Development programmes
- Deputise for HRBP in their absence
- Make a positive contribution to the development of guidelines for people processes, attend and participate in appropriate meetings and forums.
- Ad hoc projects
- Assisting with the production of data/papers for Board meetings
