Description:
We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor at Munro Footwear Group (MFG) to join our Support Office. This permanent full-time role is reporting to the People Services Manager and will work as a conduit between our team members HR needs and our policies.
The HR Advisor will be an integral part of the People and Culture team and assist in providing consistent, practical, and strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders on people-related matters and industrial relations matters.

Responsibilities:
- As HR Advisor you will partner with our leaders and the P&C Team to create supportive and safe workplace practices and deliver best practice initiatives
- Managing the full breadth of employee relations matters, following internal processes, and relevant Fair Work principles, and operating with due consideration to associated risks.
- Provide consistent, practical, and strategic advice and coaching to stakeholders on people-related matters and industrial instruments.
- Building an open, communicative, and supportive culture across the business while working closely with team members to identify areas of improvement.
- Contribute to our culture by supporting Engagement, Wellbeing and DEIB initiatives.
