Responsibilities:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Advisor to join our team and be a true expert. Reporting to the Head of HR, this position holds a crucial position as it contributes to various areas and help foster success throughout our Newcastle-Hunter & Central Coast region, in areas such as:
- Strategy: Contribute towards NEPEAN’s people strategy- challenging the standard.
- Execution: Support our people by successfully delivering interesting people related projects.
- Culture: Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders, supporting them with key decisions.
- Structure: Own and support the people related operations i.e. talent acquisition, onboarding, ER/ IR initiatives etc.
- Innovation: Identify and leverage opportunities to drive business’ decisive advantage.
- Leadership: Take part in department and compliance reporting activities. Learn and grow to be part of an energetic HR team.
