ABOUT THE JOB

This role will support the Global PMO on the ITO HR programs: Tech Graduates, Experts For Tomorrow (EFT), Galileo and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) with the following tasks:

PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields
  • Up to 2 years of professional experience in Financial Services or a similar areas and with HR core processes
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across geography and functions
  • Data driven
  • Strong project management skills
  • High level of PPT skills
  • Proven strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated adaptability and resiliency
  • Innovative and shares best practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure and fast paced, results oriented environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft OS including Word, PowerPoint, but particularly with Excel.
