ABOUT THE JOB
This role will support the Global PMO on the ITO HR programs: Tech Graduates, Experts For Tomorrow (EFT), Galileo and Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) with the following tasks:
PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in Financial Services or a similar areas and with HR core processes
- Fluency in English is required
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across geography and functions
- Data driven
- Strong project management skills
- High level of PPT skills
- Proven strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated adaptability and resiliency
- Innovative and shares best practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and fast paced, results oriented environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft OS including Word, PowerPoint, but particularly with Excel.
